Our Approach

Limelight Strategic Communications uses a unique, three-part process when working with clients. This process ensures that Limelight helps our clients achieve their goals while keeping all critical stakeholders in mind.

 

A. Communications Audit

All of our engagements begin with a communications audit. The objective of a communications audit is a careful, in-depth strategic assessment of any current communications plan, tools and strategies. Prior to developing a new communications plan, it it imperative to assess the current plan to determine what is working well, what is not, and what might work better if adjustments were made.


B. Assessments

At Limelight Strategic Communications, we pride ourselves on our three-step assessment process to measure progress towards specific goals. We measure performance (1) before we develop communications plans, (2) during plan implementation, and (3) after implementation is completed.


C. Communications Advisory Board

We want to engage all stakeholders in brand development planning and delivery. We will convene a Communications Advisory Board (CAB), comprised of strategically selected stakeholders to ensure representation by all stakeholder groups, at all levels.
